Chicken tandoori

To celebrate easter ,a special dish on our lunch menu ... chicken tandoori #easter21 #chicken

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and make slits on the chicken pieces

* Step 2

Mix all the ingredients of marination and apply to the chicken generously

* Step 3

Cover in airtight container and keep in the refrigerator overnight or at least 4 hours.

* Step 4

The next day or after 4 hours, take the marinated chicken and place on a grill or pan and grill it in oven @ 180 ° C for 20 mins.

* Step 5

After 20 mins, flip the pieces and again continue for 20 mins.

* Step 6

Check with a toothpick or knife if the chicken is cooked properly.

* Step 7

Serve hot with pudina chutney
