cashews

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak cashews for 2 hours.

To blender add the cashews,salt and oregano mix and blend it.

To the blended mixture add peri peri masala and lemon juice and blend again to smooth.

Peri peri mayo is ready to serve with chips/as dip.
