Tasty paneer Frankie is a nutritious and portable lunch option for tiffin boxes.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a mixing bowl add chopped paneer, ginger, garlic paste, coriander powder, jeera powder, chilli powder, garam masala,salt, kasuri methi mix everything well and marinate for some time.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a pan and add marinated paneer, veggies and fry it for a few minutes (till nice aroma).
* Step 3
Spread the chapati spread red chutney, hummus and prepared paneer fold the ends and roll it, add ghee to hot tawa fry till nice golden.
* Step 4
Paneer Frankie is ready to serve/ enjoy.
