Methi dal is prepared in every household, here tried in a different way.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Make coarse powder moong dal and toor dal, wash and soak it for half an hour.
* Step 2
Heat oil add mustard, jeera, curry leaves, onion fry it for a while then add tomato fry it, add chilli, turmeric powder,add chopped methi leaves cooked till it shrinks.
* Step 3
Add a mixture of dal mix it well add water and cook it stirring, it will become thick add water according to the consistency you want.
* Step 4
Add salt, jagarry and cook till completely done add amchur powder add chopped coriander leaves and methi dal is ready to serve with rice and roti.
