#DDC Crisp and tasty Sev ready in a few minutes for the Diwali celebration.

Ingredient

1 cup

besan

2 tbsp

rice flour

1/2 spoon

carom seeds

1/2 spoon

spoon hing

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a mixing bowl add flour, carom seeds, salt, chilli powder,hing and 2 spoon oil mix everything well.

* Step 2

Make medium soft dough adding enough water.

* Step 3

Heat oil,grease the Sev press fill the prepared dough cover with lid and press the Sev directly in the oil or can be pressed on sheet then drop in hot oil, fry it till bubbles reduces cook turning both sides.

* Step 4

Sev is ready to serve/ enjoy.
