Lauki and rice (leftover) cheese Balls

These delicious crisp, cheesy soft balls are perfect for parties or with tea or coffee.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Grind the rice in a mixi jar without adding any water, transfer it to a bowl and add grated potato,grated lauki, chilli flakes,mix herbs, coriander leaves,salt and combine everything well.
* Step 2
Grind the papad in a mixi jar to a powder, transfer to a plate, take a small portion of the lauki rice mixture,flatten it and place the cheese in cover, give it a ball shape. Now roll it coarse papad powder.
* Step 3
Heat the appe pan apply oil and place the prepared balls and cook all sides applying oil to golden crisp.
* Step 4
Lauki and rice cheese balls are ready to serve/ enjoy with chutney and ketchup.
