Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Dry roast methi seeds to nice aroma,fry jeera,fry pepper corns cool it and grind it to powder.

* Step 2

To pan add tamrind water, jagarry and boil till it thickens little,add salt and prepared puliyogare powder mix it well.

* Step 3

For tadaka heat oil add mustard seeds,jeera,chana dal,urad dal,curry leaves,red chilli and hing add cashews and peanuts fry everything well add this to the tamrind mixture and cook for a few minutes. Puliyogare gojju is ready.

* Step 4

Spread rice add the prepared puliyogare gojju and mix it well.

* Step 5

Puliyogare is ready to serve/ enjoy.
