Cooking instructions

* Step 1

To the mixing bowl add barley flour, besan, wheat flour, methi leaves, coriander leaves, green chilly ginger paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, jeera powder, chilly powder, salt and ghee then adding warm water knead medium soft dough cover keep for 10 min.

* Step 2

Now take a portion of the dough and roll roti, place the roti on hit tava roast both sides, you can also roast on direct on flame.

* Step 3

Apply ghee and serve with curry of your choice.
