* Step 1
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds,jeera, curry leaves, chopped onions,chillies,ginger paste fry for a while then add paneer coriander leaves and salt, add this to dosa batter and mix it well.
* Step 2
Heat appe pan grease oil add the prepared batter drop some oil on top,cover with lid cook for few min. next turn on other side cook till golden.
* Step 3
Paneer Paddu is ready to serve with chutney and tomato rasam.
