Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and soak moongdal in water for 5 hours.
* Step 2
Grind it with chillies, coriander leaves, curry leaves,ginger, turmeric powder, turmeric powder and rice flour till smooth,add salt and mix it well cover it and keep aside for 15 min.
* Step 3
Now heat tava spread oil then pour batter to make mini size cook it for few minutes turn other side cook for few minutes turn it, add potato masala, add chopped onion and grate cheese over it and continue cooking for few minutes.
* Step 4
Masala Mini Moongdal Dosa/Cheela ready to serve with sauce and chutney.
