Beans Dry Subji
Tried beans dry subji new way, specially for launch box .

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and cut beans, cook till soft transfer to a plate.
* Step 2
Grind chanadal, garlic, chilly powder,salt in mixi jar coarsely.
* Step 3
Heat oil add mustard seeds,jeera, curry leaves and onion and saute for a minute.
* Step 4
Add powdered chanadal and beans mix it well sprinkle some water cover cook on low flame,check in between,cook till mixes it properly.
* Step 5
Adjust salt, add sugar, remaining oil mix it well add coriander leaves and it's ready to serve with roti/rice/chapati.
