Carrot pulao delicious rice dish with fresh carrots and spices.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat ghee fry cashews transfer it to a plate,add cinnamon,bay leaf,star, pepper,cloves,jeera saute it.
* Step 2
Add chopped onion,grated carrot,chilly,peas fry for a while add coriander powder, chilly powder,garam masala and salt mix it well.
* Step 3
Add cooked rice pepper powder and give it a nice mix.
* Step 4
Carrot Pulao is ready to serve.
