Mooli ki subji

Radish/mooli ki subji ,is simple and tasty using leaves, good combination with rice/roti

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and radish and leaves,peel the radhish and chop with leaves. Chop onion,tomato and garlic.

* Step 2

Heat oil add jeera, garlic,onion saute it for a while then add green chilly ginger paste cook for few seconds.

* Step 3

Add turmeric powder, chilly powder, coriander powder, jeera powder salt and tomato mmix and cook till tomatoes are soft.

* Step 4

Now add chopped radhish leaves fry for few minutes then add radish mix it well and cook it till soft,add little water if needed,once radish becomes soft and coriander leaves and ready to serve with roti, rice/chapati.
