Paneer burji/scrambled, tossed with tomato, onion buttery gravy with spices and served hot .

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop onion, tomato and garlic.
* Step 2
Heat mustard oil to a pan
Add besan and fry besan till raw smell goes add some water and cook till thickens keep it aside till needed.
* Step 3
Heat butter in a kadai add garlic,onion fry for a while then add tomato continue cooking add green chilly paste,ginger paste mix and cook for few minutes.
* Step 4
Add masala powders and salt mix it then add crumbled paneer mix it well add some water cook for few minutes then add besan mixture combine well together cook for three to four minutes.
* Step 5
Add coriander leaves and paneer burji is ready to serve/enjoy.
