Whole Wheat Chocolate Cake
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In mixi jar add butter milk,oil,sugar, venilla essence and blend it to smooth.
* Step 2
Seive wheat flour,cocoa powder,milk powder, coffee powder,corn flour,baking powder,baking soda.
* Step 3
No w mix both wet and dry ingredients and melted chocolate mix it lightly,pour in greased baking dish.
* Step 4
Pre heat kadai place the cake mould and cook it for 40min on medium heat.,check it with tooth pick if it doesn't come clean cook for another 5min.
* Step 5
Prepare ganache,mix all ingredients well except butter and vanilla essence, nutella and cook it,keep mixing till it becomes thick off flame add butter, venilla essence and nutella mix it to smooth.
* Step 6
Drizzle some water over the cake,pour the prepared ganache spread evenly by tapping it set it in fridge for half an hour then spread the ganache one more time set it and decorate as per your choice,set it for 4,5hours.
* Step 7
Whole wheat chocolate cake is ready.
