Snakegourd raita
So delicious, healthy snake gourd raita goes well with rice /roti.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash peel and discard seeds from gourd and chop finely.
* Step 2
Boil water add salt turmeric powder add chopped gourd and cook till soft.
* Step 3
Prepare tadka with oil mustard onion and curry leaves.
* Step 4
Transfer cooked gourd to a bowl add salt,sugar and prepared tadka mix it well add curd combine all ingredients well.
* Step 5
Snakegourd Raita is ready to serve with roti/rice.
