Dahi Bhindi

#MSR Fresh fried bhindi in curd gravy very unique taste .

Ingredient

Cooking time :

15 miniutes
250 gms

bindi

1 cup

curd

1 Spoon

chilli paste

1 tsp +1 tsp

turmeric powder

1/2 spoon

hing

1 Spoon

jeera

1 sprig

curry leaves

2 tsp+2 tsp

oil

1/2 spoon

jeera powder

As Per Taste

Salt

2 spoons

sugar

2 spoons

rice flour

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash, dry bhindi trim the edges and cut into pieces, add salt, turmeric powder, and chilli powder, and mix it

* Step 2

Heat oil adds jeera, curry leaves, and chilli paste, and prepare bhindi and cook till bhindi is soft add hing off the flame.

* Step 3

Blend curd, coriander powder, jeera powder, rice flour, salt, and sugar to smooth add to cooked bhindi and cook for a few minutes.

* Step 4

Add coriander leaves and it's ready to Serve with roti/rice.
