Stuffed Palak Onion pakoda

#MSR Stuffed Palak onion pakoda,spiced ,deep fried till crisp,soft melted cheese inside.

Ingredient

ajwain

1/2 spoon

jeera powder

4 spoons

besan

2 spoons

rice flour

As per Taste

Salt to taste

1/2 spoon

turmeric powder

as per required

Oil to fry

as required

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Slice onions, chop palak leaves, coriander leaves, and curry leaves add to a bowl add chopped green chilli, salt mix well with hands

Add coriander powder, jeera powder, ajwain, turmeric powder, besan, and rice flour mix if you need water add a little otherwise no need.

* Step 3

Now take a portion of dough to flatten it place a piece of cheese and cover it, prepare all pakoda like this. Heat oil and fry till golden crisp.
