White pumpkin curry(mor kozambhu)

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel the pumpkin skin chop in cubes,boil it in water till soft(add turmeric powder)

* Step 2

Grind to paste with coconut, pepper powder, green chillies.

* Step 3

Mix curd with some water and whisk it with no lumps,add this to ground paste.

* Step 4

Now add curd mixture to cooked pumpkin add salt cook on sim flame for a while.

* Step 5

Prepare tadka with coconut oil, mustard seeds red chilli and curry leaves,methi seeds,add to curry and it's ready to serve with steamed rice.
