Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add besan,curd, carrot puree,salt, turmeric powder, chilly paste, ginger paste and mix it well add little water to make thick flowing batter.
* Step 2
Pressure cook the mixture to 5 whistles,take out mix it.
* Step 3
Grease the back of plate with some oil and spread a spoonfull of prepared khandvi mixture,layer with cheese, coriander leaves, coconut grated,cut it and roll.
* Step 4
Prepare tadka with oil and mustard,hing pour on arranged khandvi rolls and serve.
* Step 5
Note : seive besan for makeing lumpfree batter.
