Lemon Pepper Pasta
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Bring large pot of salted water to boil. Once boiling, add penne. Until al-dente. 9-11 mins. Drain.
* Step 2
Wash and dry produce. Cut asparagus into 1in pieces. Zest and quarter lemon. Open and strain tomatoes. Mince chives.
* Step 3
Melt 2tbs of butter in small skillet, med-high heat. Add panko. Salt and pepper. Once golden brown 3-4 mins, remove from heat. Transfer to small bowl, add parmasan, chili flakes and lemon zest.
* Step 4
Drizzle of olive oil, med-high heat. Add asparagus. 2-4 mins. Add tomatoes. 1-2 mins. Salt and pepper, lemon pepper seasoning.
* Step 5
Add penne, garlic herb butter and parmasan cheese. Stir until completely combined.
