Dill Pickle Soup Crockpot

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Dice your potatoes, onions, carrots, celery and pickles. Chop garlic.

* Step 2

Crockpot on high, pour in broth. Add potatoes, onion, carrots, celery, pickles and garlic.

Let cook until potatoes and carrots are soft. About 4 hours.

* Step 4

Add pickle brine. Salt, pepper. Garlic powder. Chopped dill.

* Step 5

Mix the sour cream and flour before mixing into the soup, then add to crockpot. Depending on how thick you want it, you can add more or less flour.

* Step 6

Add some cayenne for some heat.
