Orange Burfi
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat pan add orange pulp and sugar and cook till moisture evaporates.
* Step 2
In another pan add ghee and grated raw papaya and sugar cook till moisture dries up then add paneer crumbled and sugar,milk powder, kesar milk and cook till all comes together.
* Step 3
Now mix both orange pulp and paneer papaya mixture cook for a while add orange zest continue cooking till it starts leaving the pan.
* Step 4
Grease plate spread the mixture top with dry fruits and keep it in frizer/fridge to set,cut in desired shape and orange burfi is ready.
