1/4 cup

sugar

as required

Few kesar strands

as needed

Dry fruits

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil milk till it thickens and lightly changes colour

* Step 2

Heat sugar with little water and caramalise it,add some milk let it melt,add same to Basundi.

* Step 3

Add kesar strands,dry fruits and mix well,basundi is ready, serve hot or cold.
