Ragi uttapam

#toc1 Ragi is packed with calcium,carbs,amino acids, and vitamin D .

Ingredient

2 cups

ragi flour

4 tbsp

sooji

4 tbsp

curd

1 tsp

jeera

to taste

Salt

as needed

Ghee

as needed

Oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mizrahi flour,sooji,salt,curd and enough water to make thick flowing consistency,keep aside for 10min.

To that mixture add grated potato,jeera,salt mix well.

Add chopped onion and tometoes coriander leaves in a bowl add salt to taste mix well.

* Step 4

Heat pan /tawa smear oil pour ladle of batter top with tomato onion mixture spread cover and cook till done,turn other side cook for few minutes take on plate. Make all uttapams.

Serve hot with beet root curd dip and some ghee on top.
