Cooking instructions
* Step 1
For gatte,add besan to bowl add ajwain,jeera, turmeric powder,salt, coriander leaves and little oil and make dough adding enough water. Roll and make log shape.
* Step 2
Boil the gatte in water for 10min. Cool it and cut in pieces.
* Step 3
Heat oil in kadai add cinnamon,bay leaf,jeera,add green chilli,ginger paste and onion and saute for few minutes,add tomatoes stir it add coriander powder,chilli powder,garam masala, turmeric powder mix it.
* Step 4
Now add the water (remaining of boiled gatte) add curd cook for a while add kasuri methi,gatte cook for a while.
* Step 5
Gatte ki subji is ready to serve with rice and roti.
