An all-time favorite and very popular dewali snack can be enjoyed throughout the year, here made with jowar flour very light and crispy.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl add jowar flour, rice flour, chilli powder, carom seeds, til,hing, salt, Kasuri methi, and mix it.
* Step 2
Add hot oil mix and adding water batches knead tight dough.
* Step 3
Grease chakli mold fills the dough and make chakli, as the dough is tight chakli will be in long sticks (make little soft dough for normal chakli shape).
* Step 4
Heat oil in medium flame fry chakli to crisp and golden.
* Step 5
Jowar chakli is ready, enjoy with tea.
