Mavinakai Kosambari is prepared during Ram Navami and gouri puja for naividya and distributed with panaka.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and soak chana dal for 4- 5 hours.
* Step 2
Grind chana dal and raw mango pieces to a coarse paste.
* Step 3
Take out the paste in a bowl add coconut grated, green chilli paste, ginger paste, salt, sugar, and coriander leaves and mix all together.
* Step 4
In a tadka pan add oil heat it too hot add mustard seeds, red chilies, curry leaves,hing, and turmeric powder add this to prepared Kosambari and mix well.
