Tikkies are fried potato patty with peas stuffing, here made using cauliflower and stuffed with walnuts and paneer filling.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl grate potatoes, add cauliflower to it.
* Step 2
To that add salt, roasted jeera powder, green chilli paste, ginger paste, chat masala, bread crumbs mix it all. Covering is ready.
* Step 3
For the filling, in a bowl add chopped walnuts, paneer, brown onion, green chilli, ginger paste, cinnamon powder salt mix well. Stuffing is ready.
* Step 4
Now take a portion of the cauliflower mixture to flatten it fill the walnut mixture and cover give it a Tikki shape, prepare all tikkis.
* Step 5
Heat oil in a pan shallow fry tikkis to golden brown on both sides.
* Step 6
Serve on a plate with green chutney, sauce and enjoy.
