Dal bati is popular dish of Rajasthan,here bati is stuffed with potato filling ,dipped in homemade ghee served with dal.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a mixing bowl add wheat flour,carom,jeera, fennel seeds,salt,ghee and mix it then adding water in batches and knead medium soft dough cover and keep aside.
* Step 2
For stuffing mash boiled potatoes,heat oil in kadai add musterd seeds,jeera add turmeric powder, green chilli,ginger paste saute,then add chilli powder peas mix well add potatoes salt sugar and mix well add chopped coriander leaves stuffing is ready.
* Step 3
Now take small ball of dough make it flat fill with ball of potato mixture and cover it give bati shape. Heat appe pan smear oil add place bati balls and cook till golden brown all over by turning in between.
* Step 4
For dal, wash and soak all dals pressure cook till three whistle,heat oil and ghee in kadai add musterd seeds,jeera add green chilli paste,ginger paste add chopped tometoes add masala powder amchoor and cooked dal mix it well cook for few minutes and dall is ready top with coriander leaves.
* Step 5
While serving dip batis in ghee and serve with dal.
