Tomato rice is a simple and quick recipe prepared with lots of tometoes.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Dry roast chana dal,urad dal, coriander seeds,2red chilles and grind it to coarse powder.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a pan add musterd seeds,urad dal,curry leaves,red chilli,peanuts,hing,sesame seed and saute for a while. Keep it aside.
* Step 3
Now in a same pan add chopped tometoes and prepared powder and cook till mushy add little water if needed,add salt and cooked rice mix well together
* Step 4
Add the prepared tempering/tadaka to rice mix well and tomato rice is ready to serve.
