Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl add curd and 2cup water beat it with hand then add 2sp besan,green chilli paste,ginger paste and salt mix it well and keep aside.
* Step 2
For pakoras add besan finely chopped onion, spinach leaves,green chilli chopped carom seeds, chilli powder,salt two spoon hot oil and mix water to make pakoda batter and make fry pakoras till golden brown.
* Step 3
Make besan mixture add besan curd and enough water and mix without any lumps add salt,illy ginger paste mix well. For kadhi heat oil to kadai add musterd,jeera,methi, coriander, fennel seeds and turmeric powder curry leaves then add besan mixture and cook till kadhi consistency.
* Step 4
Now while serving add fried pakoda and serve with rice and roti.
