Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak basmati for half an hour then grind it coarsely.

* Step 2

Boil milk add prepared rice paste, and cook till it thickens then add condensed milk mix it.

* Step 3

Now make four parts and spinach, beetroot, carrot, tomato puree to give multi colour.

* Step 4

Chill it and serve top with dry fruits and kesar milk.
