Mango Ice Cream

#weekyellow Ice cream flavoured with king of fruits,rich and creamy frozen dessert.

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 person
1 cup

milk

4 tbsp

sugar

4 tbsp

home malai

as needed

Dry fruits

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan add milk,sugar,custered powder mixed with milk and cook till it thickens.

* Step 2

In blender add chopped mango prepared milk mixture,malai and blend it to fine paste.

* Step 3

Now pour in a air tight container cover with foil and keep it in freezer for 4,5hours.

* Step 4

After 5hour take out blend it on,off mode and pour in same box and cover with foil keep it in freezer, repeat this for one more time.

* Step 5

Blend it again and pour in same container top with dry fruits and mango pieces and kepp in freezer overnight or 7, 8hour.

* Step 6

Scoop in serving bowl and enjoy mango Ice Cream.
