The perfect healthy snack ,with less oil,steamed and tastes super.
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Grind suji in a mixer jar to a coarse powder.
* Step 2
To that add ragi flour, curd, ginger and grind it, add 1 cup water and grind again to smooth batter.
* Step 3
Pour batter into bowl add crush curry leaves,salt,mixed herbs, chilly flakes, chilly paste and mix altogether cover and keep aside for 10min.
* Step 4
Prepare steamer,grease plate with oil and pour ladle of batter and spread it over the plate.
* Step 5
Keep it in steamer cook for 5-7min. Take out cool it cut into strips and roll it, do same with remaining batter.
* Step 6
Serve with minty mayo or sauce and enjoy.
