In a bowl add grated beetroot,onion,peanut powderand salt and mix it.
* Step 2
Place bread slices apply butter spread green mayo on two slices and sauce on other.
* Step 3
Now add beetroot mixture on green mayo slices and cover with other slices.
* Step 4
Cut into pieces and serve.
