Wheat cake with coconut milk

#GA4#week14 Cakes can be made with different ways here made with broken wheat and coconut milk and it's came out wonderful.

Ingredient

1/2 cup

wheat flour

1/4 cup

oil

1/2 cup

curd

2 tsp

vinegar

1/2 cup

coconut milk

2 tsp

cranberry

1/2 cup

brown sugar

1/2 tsp

baking soda

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Grind broken wheat in mixi and soak in 1cup water for15,20min.

* Step 2

In blender add oil,curd,sugar, venila essence, vinegar, coconut milk and blend it.

* Step 3

In soaked broken wheat sieve wheat flour,baking soda,baking powder add cranberry, apricot,orange peels, tutti fruity,choco chips.

* Step 4

Mix dry and wet ingredients and mix well and pourin greased mould.

Preheat kadai keep stand in it and bake for 35to 40min. It's ready.
