Sweet potato kheer

Sweet potato kheer is prepared with grated sweet potato can be served as dessert or it can be served during fasting,is simple and quick to make and healthy too.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash sweet potato and grate with big holes.
* Step 2
Heat ghee in pan add grated sweet potato and fry tilfor 5min or till it cooked
* Step 3
Add a glass of milk and let it boil till thick then add another glass of milk.
* Step 4
Soak dates in hot milk and blend it to paste and add to kheer mix well. Add cardmom powder.
* Step 5
Add to serving bowl and enjoy hot or chilled.
