Amla chutney

#GA4 #week11 Tangy, spicy, sweet amla chutney is wonderful chutney that you must try at home.

Ingredient

coconut powder

2 spoons

oil

1 spoon

urad dal

1 Small piece

ginger

1 spoon

tamrind pulp

1 spoon

gud/jagarry

to taste

Salt

1 spoon

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil, add sesame seeds, urad dal, red chillies, ginger, and saute for a while.

Then add amla pieces, curry leaves and fry for sometime on high flame till amla roast little.

Then add coconut powder, salt, tamarind.

Then turn off the flame and let it cool.

Grind to a fine paste add little by little water. Prepare tadaka using oil, hing, curry leaves red chilli, and pour on chutney, amla chutney is ready to serve with rice or roti.
