Beetroot dip

A thick sauce in which pieces of food are dipped before eating,here made with beetroot and yogurt.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and cook beetroot and chop in pieces.
* Step 2
In blender add beetroot pieces, garlic pods,jeera and blend it,add curd and blend again.
* Step 3
Add coriander leaves, peanut powder blend it.
* Step 4
Add salt and pepper mix it well or blend it to creamy texture.
* Step 5
Take out in a serving dish and can be enjoyed as dip with khakra, biscuits.
