Spinach veg omelette

Spinach omelette is best option for breakfast to start day with.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In mixing bowl add besan part of spinach chopped, onions, tometo, chilly, corriander leaves and carom seeds, chilly powder, turmeric powder and mix it well.
* Step 2
Add water to make thin batter add eno and mix.
* Step 3
Heat tava spread little oil and pour batter now top with finely chopped spinach,onion, tometo, chilly, corriander leaves and press lightly and cover it and cook till done.
* Step 4
Turn other side and cook for few minutes.
* Step 5
Place on serving plate and serve with tometo ketchup.
