Custard cake

Ingredient

1/2 cup

sugar

1/2 cup

oil

2 tsp

ghee

as needed

Tutti furti

1/4 tsp

baking soda

1 cup

milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In blender add oil,sugar and blend, 1/2cup milk and blend again.

* Step 2

Sieve flour, custard powder, baking powder, baking soda.

* Step 3

Now add dry and wet ingredients and mix well add milk as needed add tutti furti and cashews.

* Step 4

Preheat kadai and grease cake mould and pour batter and bake for 30,45min.check cake with tooth pick if it's not ready bake for few more minutes and cake is ready to serve.
