Stuffed capsicum rings
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the capsicum into rings.
* Step 2
Peel and mash the potatoes add maida,lemon juice mix it and divide into two parts. In one part add onion, capsicum chopped,chat masala,salt, coriander leaves and in other part add schezwan sauce, salt, coriander leaves and mix well.
* Step 3
Now take one ring and veg mixed potato stuffing and stuff inthe middle and now keep another coloured capsicum small ring and fill the schezwan potato stuffing inthe middle properly do the with other rings.
* Step 4
Heat grill pan add oil and grill the rings both sides take grate the cheese do with other rings also.
* Step 5
Grill the other rings also and grate cheese and serve with rice or sauce.
