Moong idli
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash moong and urad dal and soak for 5,6hours.
* Step 2
After 5,6hours grind seperately to fine batter and keep it for fermentation over night or 7,8 hours.
* Step 3
After fermentation add salt and garlic chilli coriander paste mix it.Adjust the consistency adding enough water to make like idli batter.
* Step 4
Heat steamer apply oil to idli mould and fill batter and steam for 5,7min.
* Step 5
Take out serve with chetney and sambar.
