Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash brinjals and cross slit.
* Step 2
Grind coarsely peanuts,til, coriander leaves, curry leaves.
* Step 3
To above powder add onions,methi leaves,masalas,tamrind paste,gud and mix it.
* Step 4
Stuff it inthe brinjals.Heat oil in kadai add stuffed brinjals and cover with plate pour some water on it so that will not burn.
* Step 5
After a min remove plate check and add the same water cover and cook it.In the middle mix it. Cook it till brinjals become soft. Serve with jowar bhakri or chapati,phulkas.
