Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take apple wash,deseed dates.

* Step 2

Peel the apple cut into pieces.

* Step 3

In a mixie jar add apple dressed dates and half cup chilled milk and make puree like.

* Step 4

Now add remaining milk and mix it well. Pour into glass and top with some apple pieces and almond slices and serve.
