Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Knead soft dough with wheat flour,2sp ghee,salt, curd,baking powder, baking soda.cover and keep for 1hour.
* Step 2
Grind coarsely uraddal,pinch hing and take out on a plate.Grind all veggies,paneer,ginger, chilli take out on the plate add all masala,salt,sugar, coriander leaves mix and make filling ready.
* Step 3
Now take the dough divide in balls and roll it thick and fill the stuffing and grate cheese flip it half and give it shape.
* Step 4
Steam it for 15,20min take out apply ghee and cut serve with green chetney.
