Coriander lemon soup
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Melt butter in a pan add chopped veggies(except spring onion, coriander leaves)saute for some time add four cups of water or vegetable stock let it boil.
* Step 2
Add corn flour slurry and soya sauce for few seconds then add salt pepper, coriander leaves, spring onion greens,lemon juice turn off the gas.serve it hot.
