Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Make paste of pudina coriander leaves,green chilli,ginger salt
* Step 2
In a bowl add besan curd water salt make thin batter to this add pudina paste mix it
* Step 3
Keep this into cooker make 4,5whitles cool it down take out the bowl mix properly
* Step 4
Spread this on greased plate thin layer cut roll them
* Step 5
Arrange in a plate and make tadka with oil and curry leaves spread on khandvi sprinkle some coriander leaves finely chopped coconut grated and ready to serve
