Masala peanuts

Ingredient

besan

to taste

Salt

as required

oil to fry

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add besan, cornflour, rice flour, chilli powder, jeera powder 2 tsp hot oil, salt and mix it well.

* Step 2

Now add peanuts to the above mixture and coat the nuts add very little water.

* Step 3

Heat oil in kadai fry till golden crisp.
